Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These terms govern your purchase and use of products from Sitatrade. By placing an order, you accept these conditions in full.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the e-commerce website specialising in the resale of refurbished smartphones, mainly Apple devices (iPhones).

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products offered are refurbished smartphones that are:

  • 100% functional
  • Tested and checked before shipment
  • Reset to factory settings
  • Unlocked for all operators (unless otherwise stated)

Each product description specifies the model, storage capacity, aesthetic condition (Like new / Very good condition / Good condition), and the price including VAT.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes. Delivery costs are specified before the order is finally confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

The order is considered final after acceptance of these T&Cs, confirmation of payment, and receipt of a confirmation email.

The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. All payments are secured via the SSL protocol to ensure the safety of your data.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within **5 to 7 working days** of payment confirmation. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days from the date of order, the customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain a full refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of **14 days** from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions: Must be original condition, undamaged, with all accessories.
Refund: Within 14 days of receipt and verification.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

8. Warranty

Smartphones sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, the warranty against hidden defects, and a **commercial warranty of 6 or 12 months**.

The warranty does not cover:

  • • Breakage
  • • Impacts or falls
  • • Oxidation (liquid)
  • • Misuse damage

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for misuse of the product, damage resulting from incorrect handling, or temporary interruption/malfunction of the website.

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

Information collected is necessary for order processing. Personal data is never resold or transferred to third parties.

In accordance with GDPR, you may request access to, modification, or deletion of your data via our customer service email.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with current legislation.
