Return Policy.

At Sitatrade, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a product, you have the right to return it under the conditions specified below.

01. Cancellation Period – 14 days

In accordance with current legislation, you have **14 calendar days** from receipt of your order to request a return.

  • Reason for return

02. Conditions for Acceptance

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

Returned in its original condition
100% functional
Free of cracks, dents or signs of oxidation
Reset and disconnected from any iCloud account
Returned with its accessories

Any product returned damaged, incomplete or blocked by an account may be refused or discounted.

03. Return Costs

Change of Mind

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a change of mind.

Errors or Defects

In the event of a defective product or order error, return costs are fully covered by Sitatrade.

We recommend sending your return with tracking to avoid any loss.

04. Refund

After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be made within a **maximum of 14 days** via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund only covers the price of the returned product.

05. Defective product upon receipt

If your smartphone is defective upon receipt, follow these steps:

Provide photos or videos of the problem.

A quick solution will be offered: exchange or refund.

All devices are tested before shipment to ensure they are in good working order.

06. Return Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Breakage or damage after receipt.
  • Oxidation (contact with liquid).
  • Attempted repair by a third party.
  • Unauthorised software modification.
